A discussion on "Professional Identity Formation from University to Practice" was held at Medical College–Varna on the occasion of the World Pharmacists Day – 25th September. The event was organised by Training Sector Assistant Pharmacist at the College.
The meeting was opened by Asst. Pharm. Daniela Mutafchieva, President of the Regional College of the Bulgarian Association of Assistant Pharmacists for Varna. More than 100 Assistant Pharmacist students and representatives of the pharmaceutical sector from North-Eastern Bulgaria participated at the event.
The discussion focused on the opportunities for internship and pre-graduation traineeship as well as career development of the students after graduation. Part of the guests were alumni of the Training Sector who shared their professional experience and best practices from their own career development.
