MU-Varna team won silver medals in class ORC B at Balchik Keel Yacht Regatta and Kaliakra Rally, which took place from 6th to 8th June 2025. During the three competition days, the student crew of MU-Varna with Captain Angel Dipchikov demonstrated a high sports spirit and a zeal for victory. The emotional races were as follows:
1 long sea voyage: Balchik – Albena – Kaliakra – Balchik
1 short sea voyage: Balchik – Kranevo – Ikantalaka – Balchik
2 windward-leeward races
Once again, despite the weak winds, the young MU-Varna team has excelled itself, finishing only one point behind the winners.
