MU - Varna received a Certificate from the World Health Organization for participating in the World Hearing Day. MU - Varna has marked the day for the first time in Bulgaria with preventive check-ups at the University Dental Centre. Due to the great patients' interest, the examinations continued for more than a month, starting on 4th March and ending in the middle of April. 123 consultations were performed. "The youngest patient was three months old, and the oldest - 84 years old," commented Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mario Milkov, who performed the check-ups.
The ambitions of the University Dental Centre are the celebration of the World Hearing Day, together with the World Health Organization, to become a tradition.
